It addresses associated risks such as overexposure, unsuitable content, and cyber-risks, and shows how to set a soothing framework co-constructed with the child. You will learn to install effective routines (breaks, simple rules, balance between physical and digital activities) and to use concrete tools (parental controls, visual timers, educational playlists).
