This course provides you with simple guidelines to understand stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic), its causes and consequences, recognize warning signs, and take immediate action<\/strong>. You will find practical measures to take, ways to organize your daily life, and stimulation tools to promote recovery, safety, and peace of mind at home.<\/p>\n

Training Objectives<\/h1>\n

– Differentiate the different types of stroke<\/strong> (ischemic vs hemorrhagic), understand the risk factors and how to prevent them.<\/p>\n

– Identify the warning signs<\/strong> (face-arm-speech rule, other signs, TIA) and call 15 immediately.<\/p>\n

– Identify the most common aftereffects<\/strong>: motor skills (hemiplegia), language (aphasia), cognition\/memory, vision, sensitivity, mood.<\/p>\n

– Make the home safer<\/strong>: grab bars, non-slip mats, lighting, clear hallways, accessible objects.<\/p>\n

– Structure daily rehabilitation<\/strong>: simple and regular exercises (motor skills, coordination, balance, walking) with a smooth progression.<\/p>\n

– Stimulate cognition and language<\/strong>: memory games, reading, music, simple words, and visual\/digital aids.<\/p>\n

– Organize your day<\/strong>: break tasks down, alternate effort and rest, set priorities, and delegate.<\/p>\n

– Maintain a social life<\/strong>: short and regular outings, patient associations\/groups, combat isolation.<\/p>\n

– Communicate positively and support the caregiver<\/strong>: short messages, gestures and looks, encouragement; recognize each person’s emotions and reserve time for yourself.<\/p>\n

– Provide support to DYNSEO – FERNANDO<\/strong> (over 30 games for memory, attention, and logic) and track progress<\/strong> to make adjustments.<\/p>\n
