Why train your brain?<\/span><\/h3>\n

With age, the brain loses some of its sharpness, just like the body. It is therefore essential to train cognitive functions: memory, attention, language, executive functions, etc., in order to preserve one’s abilities for as long as possible. Indeed, cognitive disorders<\/a> can be a sign of a neurodegenerative disease, the most well-known being Alzheimer’s<\/a> disease, which results in a decline in memory and reasoning ability, as well as a loss of independence.
