Il est donc primordial d’entra\u00eener ses fonctions cognitives: la m\u00e9moire, l’attention, le langage, les fonctions ex\u00e9cutives, etc, afin de pr\u00e9server le plus longtemps possible ses capacit\u00e9s. En effet les troubles cognitifs<\/a> peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur d’une maladie neurod\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rative, la plus connue \u00e9tant la maladie d’Alzheimer<\/a>, qui se traduit par une baisse de la m\u00e9moire , de la capacit\u00e9 de raisonnement, ainsi qu’une perte d’autonomie.
