Families offer visits and do not hesitate to call on their network.<\/pee>\n<pee style=\"text-align: justify;\">The question of family participation is being considered in some associations.<\/pee>\n<pee style=\"text-align: justify;\">Some families live too far from their children&#8217;s institution or have too demanding jobs or have other children making them less available for this type of support. animations que vous avez mises en place ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p>Voici un \u00e9chantillon des meilleures animations r\u00e9alis\u00e9es dans les institutions sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans le secteur du handicap, qui viennent compl\u00e9ter la liste ci-dessus, n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 nous \u00e9crire pour obtenir la liste compl\u00e8te. Les animations cr\u00e9atives, artistiques et sportives sont tr\u00e8s nombreuses et plaisent beaucoup. Elles viennent de mani\u00e8re ponctuelle \u00e0 une activit\u00e9 comme la piscine et d\u00e9couvrent ainsi les progr\u00e8s de leur proche tout en passant un moment agr\u00e9able.<\/p><p>Elles sont pr\u00e9sentes pour eux lors des repr\u00e9sentations th\u00e9\u00e2trales ou pour voir tout travail r\u00e9alis\u00e9.<\/p><p>Certains professionnels et parents s\u2019investissent pour monter une association ayant pour objet l\u2019organisation d\u2019animations\u00a0: le loto ou le march\u00e9 de No\u00ebl. Les familles proposent des visites et n\u2019h\u00e9sitent pas \u00e0 faire appel \u00e0 leur r\u00e9seau.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La question de la participation des familles est en r\u00e9flexion dans certaines associations.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Certaines familles sont domicili\u00e9es trop loin de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de leurs enfants ou exercent un travail trop prenant ou ont d\u2019autres enfants \u00e0 charge les rendant peu disponibles pour ce type d'accompagnement. Les familles peuvent manquer occasionnellement, une activit\u00e9 par besoin de r\u00e9pit.<\/p><h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/h3><h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #526fa1;\"><strong>Comment \u00e9valuez-vous une bonne animation ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p><img class=\"wp-image-10300 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dynseo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/EvaluationAnimation.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"674\" height=\"406\" \/><\/p><p>Plusieurs autres crit\u00e8res permettent d\u2019\u00e9valuer une bonne animation, \u00e0 la fois dans l\u2019atteinte des objectifs fix\u00e9s, mais aussi dans les r\u00e9actions des usagers et de l\u2019entourage :<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #526fa1;\"><strong>Avant l\u2019animation\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Les usagers ont des profils parfois h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes, avec des pathologies, des capacit\u00e9s physiques, motrices ou intellectuelles compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rentes. Les animateurs doivent veiller \u00e0 la sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 de chacun, tout en impulsant une dynamique de groupe et en favorisant les \u00e9changes. L\u2019animation doit donc \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e au niveau de compr\u00e9hension des usagers et ne doit pas les mettre en difficult\u00e9.<\/p><p>Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de les pr\u00e9venir, de les rassurer et de verbaliser tout au long de l\u2019activit\u00e9.<br \/>Les r\u00e9sidents doivent \u00eatre acteurs selon leur degr\u00e9 de comp\u00e9tences et \u00eatre dans un cadre \u00e9panouissant favorisant leur expression. Un objectif final peut dynamiser l'atelier, par exemple une repr\u00e9sentation ou une exposition, m\u00eame interne.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #526fa1;\"><strong>Pendant l\u2019animation\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tous les r\u00e9sidents ne communiquent pas verbalement. Les usagers peuvent se montrer r\u00e9ceptifs : ils sourient, rient, se montrent d\u00e9tendus, calmes et se rendent spontan\u00e9ment vers l'encadrant. Ils montrent des signes d\u2019affection, sont motiv\u00e9s, et ressentent un bien-\u00eatre.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #526fa1;\"><strong>Apr\u00e8s l\u2019animation<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les professionnels de sant\u00e9 demandent aux jeunes s'ils ont appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 l\u2019activit\u00e9 et ce qu\u2019ils ont retenu. Certains jeunes font part de leur satisfaction et se sentent valoris\u00e9s par l\u2019activit\u00e9.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les usagers attendent la prochaine s\u00e9ance. Ils deviennent fid\u00e8les \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9. Ils en parlent entre eux.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sur le plus ou moins long terme, l\u2019usager progresse dans sa perception de l\u2019espace, il acquiert plus d\u2019autonomie, d\u00e9veloppe ses habilet\u00e9s sociales et son comportement s\u2019am\u00e9liore.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019une animation est aussi la relation qui s'inscrit dans le temps en laissant une empreinte m\u00e9morielle partag\u00e9e de tous.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le retour des familles sur l'\u00e9volution de leur enfant est aussi un bon indicateur.<\/p><h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #526fa1;\"><strong>En tant qu'\u00e9ducateur sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9, quel pourcentage d\u2019animations collectives par rapport aux animations individuelles faites-vous ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les animations ne sont quasiment jamais, uniquement collectives ou individuelles.
