terapeutica. \u00c8 fonte di molti benefici e nella pratica pu\u00f2 essere utilizzata per trattare alcuni disturbi come i disturbi del sonno o il dolore.<\/pee>\n<pee>L&#8217;ipnosi permette di trovare nuove risorse personali per affrontare una particolare situazione e di adottare nuovi comportamenti pi\u00f9 adatti al proprio obiettivo.<\/pee>\n<pee>I suoi campi di applicazione sono quindi molto ampi e mostrano risultati efficaci in molti pazienti.<\/pee>\n<pee>Un articolo pubblicato su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medoucine.com\/pratiques\/hypnose\">Medoucine.<\/a> com mostra che esistono acquisendo sempre pi\u00f9 importanza in ambito medico e vanta numerose virt\u00f9 terapeutiche, affrontando disturbi rimasti a lungo inesplorati a causa della loro complessit\u00e0. L&#8217;ipnosi si sta quindi dimostrando molto efficace per combattere l&#8217;insonnia e migliorare l&#8217;esperienza del sonno.<\/pee>\n<pee>Il corso della seduta di<strong>ipnosi<\/strong> per i disturbi del sonno inizia con una discussione con il terapeuta. L&#8217;obiettivo \u00e8 identificare la causa del disturbo del sonno, poich\u00e9 ogni causa viene trattata in modo diverso. Una volta completata questa fase, il terapeuta proceder\u00e0 alla seduta vera e propria, il cui primo passo consiste nel provocare un rilassamento totale del corpo (muscoli e mente).<\/pee>\n<pee>Per farlo, \u00e8 necessario liberare la mente da tutti i pensieri; la cosa pi\u00f9 importante \u00e8 creare una sensazione di benessere con l&#8217;ambiente circostante. Lo scopo dell&#8217;<strong>ipnosi<\/strong> \u00e8 trovare il rimedio al male che vi disturba, quindi dovete essere, o almeno cercare di essere, in armonia con voi stessi.<\/pee>\n<pee>Dopo ogni seduta (circa 40 minuti), il terapeuta fa una sintesi con il paziente per conoscere il livello di progresso e proporre nuove soluzioni. Secondo uno studio, tra il 50 e l&#8217;85% dei pazienti avverte un miglioramento gi\u00e0 dopo la prima seduta; dopo alcune sedute i cambiamenti sono significativi, anche se dipendono dal livello di disagio.<\/pee>\n<pee>&nbsp;<\/pee><\/section>\n<section class=\"dynseo-section\">\n<h2 id=\"section-2\">Ipnosi per il dolore<\/h2>\n<pee>Come spiegato in precedenza, l&#8217;<strong>ipnosi<\/strong> serve a fornire gli strumenti per il recupero. Una <strong>seduta di ipnosi<\/strong> ha quindi due obiettivi: il primo \u00e8 conoscere la causa del dolore, il secondo \u00e8 trovare le armi che vi permetteranno di curare il vostro dolore.<\/pee>\n<pee>I problemi di dolore sono esempi evidenti di questa particolarit\u00e0 dell&#8217;<strong>ipnosi <\/strong>, poich\u00e9 non vengono somministrati farmaci. In genere, questi <strong>trattamenti ipnotici<\/strong> si svolgono in tre fasi:<\/pee>\n<ul class=\"styled-list\">\n<li>Induzione: si tratta di un <strong><br \/>\n  <a href=\"http:\/\/hypnose-ericksonienne.com\/fr\/sinformer\/inductions-hypnotiques\/\">tecnica ipnotica<\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong> Si tratta di una tecnica che consiste nell&#8217;utilizzare un oggetto in movimento per portare il paziente in uno stato di coscienza latente.<\/li>\n<li>Dissociazione &#8211; confusione: l&#8217;obiettivo \u00e8 limitare le sensazioni del paziente, che perde cos\u00ec la sensibilit\u00e0 tattile, uditiva e visiva, diventa immobile e rigido.<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;apertura: qui il terapeuta entrer\u00e0 in relazione con il corpo del paziente per guarirlo, proporr\u00e0, grazie a metafore appropriate, stati psichici legati al sollievo per guarire il paziente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<pee>Tuttavia, queste sedute devono essere effettuate prima che il dolore diventi cronico, poich\u00e9 il dolore cronico non permetterebbe al paziente di attraversare queste diverse fasi.
