Antidepressiva kunnen nuttig zijn in bepaalde situaties, maar je moet worden gevolgd door een gespecialiseerde arts. Bovendien kunnen antidepressiva ook bijwerkingen hebben, zoals slaperigheid, gewichtstoename, nervositeit, een afname van de libido, enz. Het is dus belangrijk om de hersenen aan het werk te zetten.
