⏱️ Duration Complete training divided into 6 progressive modules
💻 Format 100% online training, accessible from your computer or tablet. You progress at your own pace, whenever you wish, without time constraints.
What You Will Learn
This training allows you to deeply understand your neurocognitive functioning: why your attention works in bursts, why your “neurological brake” sometimes fails, and why you feel this constant internal agitation. You will discover that your difficulties are not a lack of will but a different brain functioning.
Through concrete and customizable strategies, you will learn to identify your risk situations, build an organization system suited to your brain, manage impulsivity in all its forms, and regulate your emotions. You will leave with tools to transform your daily life — at work, with family, and in your personal life.
By the end of this training, you will be able to:
- Understand your neurocognitive functioning: fluctuating attention, inhibition deficit, hyperactivity transformed into internal agitation
- Identify the specific challenges of adult ADHD: time management, organization, professional life, relationships, finances, health
- Recognize daily manifestations: agitation, need for stimulation, impulsivity, chronic disorganization
- Understand the emotional impact: dysregulation, feelings of shame, chronic fatigue, anxiety
- Identify your triggering situations: long tasks, transitions, sensory overload, waiting, stress
- Spot your personal warning signals: physical, cognitive, emotional, behavioral
- Structure your environment: reduce distractors, externalize memory, fixed places, visible storage
- Break tasks into micro-steps and use the Pomodoro technique
- Build effective routines: morning, work, evening, weekly
- Understand the different forms of impulsivity: verbal, decision-making, emotional, behavioral
- Apply the delay rule and the STOP technique to curb impulsivity
- Manage emotional overflow: anchoring, strategic withdrawal, bodily regulation, cognitive reframing
- Handle specific situations: conflicts, procrastination, impulsive purchases, overload
- Repair after an overflow: self-compassion, constructive analysis, relational repair
- Build a personalized organization system: simplicity, visibility, externalization, flexibility
- Master time management tools: single calendar, time-blocking, multiple reminders, systematic margin
- Organize your tasks effectively: immediate capture, regular sorting, prioritization, breaking down, “waiting” list
- Arrange your space: decluttering, dedicated zones, “hot spot”
- Communicate about your ADHD with your loved ones and set up shared systems
- Adapt your professional environment and leverage your strengths
- Take care of your overall health: sleep, physical activity, nutrition, stress management
- Recognize when to seek help: warning signs and resource professionals
You will leave with clear guidelines, concrete strategies, and a personalized organization system: adapted routines, time and task management tools, techniques to curb impulsivity, emotional regulation strategies, and practical safeguards for your daily life.
