⚡ Processing Speed Test
For 30 seconds, click on the even numbers as quickly as possible.
Game rule: for 30 seconds, click on all the even numbers that appear in the grid. With each click, the box refreshes with a new number. Your score depends on both your speed and your accuracy.
What is processing speed?
Processing speed refers to the time it takes for your brain to analyze information, understand it, and produce an appropriate response. For example: spotting an important detail, reading a road sign, processing an email, answering a question, or detecting a risk in your environment.
What this test measures
This simple test asks you to quickly identify even numbers among other numbers. It involves:
• the ability to apply a simple rule (even / odd)
• motor reactivity (clicking quickly)
• error management (avoiding unnecessary clicks)
Interpreting your results
A high score with few errors suggests good processing speed in this task. A lower score or many errors may simply be related to fatigue, stress, lack of practice or uncomfortable testing conditions (small screen, distractions, etc.).
This test has no diagnostic value, but it can be a starting point to track your progress over time, or compare your feelings of fatigue with your objective performance.
How to train your processing speed?
Fast games, visual spotting exercises, reading activities, or certain video games can help stimulate processing speed. The DYNSEO programs offer progressive exercises, tailored for children, adults, or seniors.
