DYNSEO FAMILY, SIMPLIFIED MAIL BETWEEN SENIORS AND THEIR FAMILY

Nowadays, seniors are often far from their family, sometimes thousands of kilometers away, letters and postcards are becoming rarer. Technologies have evolved: new generations spend their time on emails and smartphones, but seniors have not yet adapted to this new revolution! As a result, digital postcards don’t reach their destination…

To remedy this, DYNSEO has developed a service platform to promote exchanges between seniors and their family, in a simplified manner, whether they are in a residence or at home. Several features are available, including DYNSEO Family, which allows anyone to have a messaging app without creating an account, and to use a simplified interface and keyboard for easier handling.

DYNSEO FAMILY, SIMPLIFIED SENIOR MAIL

The simplified mail allows seniors to easily benefit from an email. It can be used both for a person at home, or in a retirement home or nursing home.

• The family or the residence animator simply creates the senior’s account using the information: Last Name, First Name, Date of Birth.
• The family only has to log in via the mobile app or the DYNSEO Family web page, search for their relative using their information, and send the first message.
• The emails are only protected by a simple identification “Are you indeed Mrs…/Mr…?”
• The senior can then easily see their received messages and photos, and reply using a simplified ergonomic keyboard.
• In the residence, the animator will receive a notification to inform about new messages from residents.

Each user can see and review, in their personal space, all the photos they have received from their family.

They can reply easily, using a simplified keyboard.

If you are an institution (retirement homes, nursing homes, care homes, …)

You will have access to the list of residents who have received a message. It will save you time.

You can also organize “Messaging” activities where the tablet is passed around so that each user can check their profile and photos.

Download the Dynseo Family mobile app on the Playstore: the app is accessible from both a smartphone and a tablet.

It is free to communicate with your relative in an institution, it costs €0.99 if you want to communicate with other mobile app users or create a mobile account for your loved ones.
You can also use the service for free from the DYNSEO Family web platform.
