DYNSEO FAMILY, EMAIL SIMPLIFIED BETWEEN SENIORS AND THEIR FAMILY

Nowadays, seniors are often far from their families, sometimes thousands of kilometers away, letters and postcards are becoming rarer. Technologies have evolved: new generations spend their time on their emails and smartphones, but seniors have not yet adapted to this new revolution! As a result, digital postcards do not reach their destination…

To address this, DYNSEO has developed a platform of services to promote exchanges between seniors and their families, in a simplified way, whether they are in residence or at home. Several features are available, including DYNSEO Family, which allows anyone to have a messaging application without having to create an account, and to use a simplified interface and keyboard for easier handling.

DYNSEO FAMILY, THE SIMPLIFIED SENIOR EMAIL

The simplified messaging allows seniors to easily benefit from an email. This can be used both by a person at home or by a retirement home or nursing home.

• The family or the residence animator creates the senior’s account very simply using the information: Last Name, First Name, Date of Birth.
• The family only needs to connect via the DYNSEO Family mobile app or web page, find their parent using their information, and send the first message.
• Emails are only protected by a simple identification “Are you Madame…/Mister…?
• The senior can then easily see their received messages and photos, and respond using a simplified ergonomic keyboard.
• In residence, the animator will receive a notification to inform them of new messages from residents.

Each user can see and revisit, in their personal space, all the photos they have received from their family.

They can reply simply using a simplified keyboard.

If you are an institution (retirement homes, nursing homes, care homes, …)

You will have access to the list of residents who have received a message. This will save you time.

You can also organize “Messaging” activities where the tablet is passed from hand to hand so that each user can check their profile, their photos.

As a Family

Download the mobile app Dynseo Family on the Playstore: the application is accessible from a smartphone and a tablet.

It is free to communicate with your parent in an institution, it costs 0.99€ if you wish to communicate with other users of the mobile application or create a mobile account for your relatives.
You can also use the service for free from the web platform DYNSEO Family.
