Free Mental Resilience Test
Assess your ability to bounce back from everyday difficulties.
When I go through a difficult time, I usually end up finding a solution.
Why take a mental resilience test?
Mental resilience refers to your ability to cope with challenges, withstand tough blows, and bounce back after difficulties. It does not mean "never suffering," but rather being able to regain balance after a complicated period.
What this resilience test measures
Ability to Bounce Back
Your ability to get back up after a failure, criticism, or a stressful event.
Sense of Meaning
Your way of making sense of difficult situations to better navigate them.
Social Support
Your ability to ask for help and rely on those around you.
Stress Management
Your way of regulating your emotions, stepping back, and calming yourself.
How to interpret your score?
High Score (70 to 100): you have good mental resilience. You know how to mobilize your resources, put things in perspective, and adapt to the unexpected.
Intermediate Score (40 to 69): your resilience is present but sometimes tested. A few additional tools (routine, breathing, social support) can help you better navigate difficult times.
Low Score (< 40): stressful situations shake you up a lot. It may be helpful to develop step-by-step coping strategies and discuss it with a professional if it weighs on your daily life.
After the test: how to strengthen your resilience?
Resilience is like a muscle that needs to be worked on. By taking care of your sleep, maintaining your social connections, engaging in activities that do you good, and training your brain with fun exercises, you can gradually feel more equipped to face difficulties.
