Easy and adapted activities to stimulate your brain
You really want to link your daily life with your brain training, but you do not know how to? Here are some simple exercises that should be able to help you.
Practice handwriting
Our first advice is a really simple exercise which you can do whenever you want: handwriting. For one thing, it will allow to think about what you are about to write on paper before actually writing it, but it also forces you to think about how you are going to put your thoughts in sentence. Of course, you can always write it on your smartphone or tablet, but it does not bear the same impact.
Practice mental math
Whether you like maths or not, it is really easy to solve simple mathematical problems in your daily activities. The idea is not to solve complicated problems but rather to picture the numbers in your head, allowing for your brain to think about the right answer to this problem. And you can make it a game! Ask your closed ones to give simple arithmetic problems.

Extend your knowledge
Another exercise you can do is spend some time on Wikipedia or have your nose in a new encyclopaedia each day to widen your knowledge and learn new things about topics that you like.
Try multitasking to stay productive
Even though it light not be recommended to stay focused, doing several tasks at the same time can allow to stay productive and efficient in the long run. Of course, for it to work, multitasking is also something to do in the long run.
Picture your actions in your mind
When you know you have several tasks to accomplish during the day, it is a good thing to try and picture them in your mind. This way, because your mind works a lot visually, it allows you not to forget those tasks.
Try to cease every opportunity
The last exercise and advice we can give you is to simply to always stay on your toes and be aware of your surroundings. Indeed, it is the best way to see an opportunity and cease it when it come your way. Once again, there are many brain exercises to keep your mind sharp. There are obviously many more other simple exercises you can do in your daily life, but the main goal is truly to find what works for you and the exercises you like, to perform them once every day and keep your brain at the top of its game.
