About Course
This 2-hour training is aimed at parents with cancer or their partners, who need to explain the illness to their children. A cancer diagnosis in the family is a trial for everyone — and children, often kept in the dark to “protect” them, develop anxieties far greater than if they had been told the age-appropriate truth. This training helps adults find the right words, maintain the emotional safety of the children, and navigate this trial as a family without sacrificing the children on the altar of silence.
