About Course
This 4-hour training is aimed at all professionals working in a medico-social establishment: workshop instructors, specialized educators, care assistants, coordinators, management, and administrative staff. Working in supported employment services is is a unique role that combines production imperatives with human support missions. Understanding this framework, knowing the profiles of the workers, and being able to adapt one’s approach on a daily basis is essential for any professional working there, regardless of their role. This training provides the fundamental keys to work effectively and compassionately in an supported employment services: understanding the legal framework, recognizing the profiles of the workers, adapting communication and support, preventing tense situations, and working in a multidisciplinary team.
