HOW DID YOU COME UP WITH THE IDEA OF THE GRANDMA BOX AS A GIFT FOR YOUR GRANDMOTHER?
Every year at Christmas we have many orders for gift cards for our memory games program from our coaches, or for our tablet + games, if the grandparents do not yet have a tablet.
The Joe version is suitable for seniors in good shape, who do not have cognitive disorders, and who just want to continue to train their memory, while theEdith version is dedicated to people suffering from cognitive disorders.
The program being very playful, it is considered a great Christmas gift!
This year we wanted to go further: we know from experience that there is always a first apprehension about using the tablet, which is actually false! Because our grandmas manage it very well! – and that when you have memory problems, it is sometimes difficult to accept your weaknesses in front of your loved ones.
We then created the Grandma Box to combine our memory games tablet with fun, heartwarming, symbolic products. It includes a hand cream with the scent of cherry pies, a recipe book for the best cakes, a deck of cards, and finally a pin of Super Grandma.

IS THE TABLET EASY TO USE FOR YOUR ELDERLY GRANDMAS?
Of course! The tablet is much simpler than a computer whose enemy is the mouse. On a tablet, it is much easier; you just need to tap on the screen to access what you want.
Steve Jobs actually invented the iPad originally for seniors, wanting to create a new form of computer adapted to their needs. And it has appealed to all generations. The tablet in the Grandma Box is a tablet like everyone else: it is a SAMSUNG tablet, for which we simplify the home interface.
We also take care of adapting the settings (sleep mode, brightness, language, etc.) so that as soon as Grandma turns on her tablet, she only has to play.
An adjustment period is necessary to handle the tablet well. Generally, it is the children and grandchildren who take care of it at Christmas, but we can very well train your grandmas! Indeed, we also provide digital training for seniors, in the form of individual in-person courses or via a hotline.
