Tension Scale
by DYNSEO
Recognise and measure tension to manage it better — a tracking tool for stammering.
🎯 Why measure tension?
Stammering is often accompanied by tension in the body. Learning to recognise the signs of tension allows you to act BEFORE it becomes too strong. Click on a level to explore it, on a sign to recognise it.

🌟 What I do
Perfect! I enjoy this moment. This is the ideal state for speaking.
🌬️ 4-7-8 Breathing
Breathe in 4 seconds, hold 7 seconds, breathe out 8 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
💪 Tense and release
Tense your shoulders hard for 5 seconds, then release all at once. Feel the difference!
😮 The yawn
Do 3 big yawns (even fake ones). This relaxes the jaw and throat.
🔄 Head roll
Gently turn your head left and right, then make circles. Relaxes the neck.
