📊 Voltage Scale

Recognize and measure your blood pressure to manage it better

🎯 Why measure blood pressure?

Stuttering is often accompanied by tension in the body. By learning to recognize the signs of tension, you can take action BEFORE it becomes too much. This scale from 1 to 5 helps children identify their level of tension.

🧘 Express exercises to reduce tension

🌬️ Breathing 4-7-8

Inhale 4 seconds, hold 7 seconds, exhale 8 seconds. Repeat 3 times.

💪 Contraction-relaxation

Contract your shoulders hard for 5 seconds, then release all at once. Feel the difference!

😮 Yawning

Make 3 big yawns (even fake ones). This relaxes your jaw and throat.

🔄 Head rotation

Gently turn your head from left to right, then make circles. Relax the back of your neck.
