About Course
This 2-hour training is aimed at the families and close ones of a person who has had a stroke. After a first stroke, the risk of recurrence is real — and the surrounding individuals play a key role in its prevention. Recognizing warning signs, ensuring adherence to treatments, adapting lifestyle habits, and knowing how to react in an emergency: these are concrete skills that each close one can acquire. This training provides families with the knowledge and reflexes to become true actors in prevention, without falling into anxious hypervigilance.
