💡 Tips for parents and SLTs
- Offer an active break every 15–20 minutes of work
- Let the child choose or draw randomly for extra motivation
- Do the exercises together with the child at first
- Use these breaks BEFORE the restlessness gets too strong
- Some exercises can be done discreetly in the classroom
