About Course
This 2-hour training is aimed at families and close ones of a person who has had a stroke. Post-stroke neurological fatigue is the most common and least understood consequence by those around. The person sleeps a lot, abandons ongoing activities, refuses to go out — and relatives sometimes think that they are not making an effort or that they are depressed. This training explains why this fatigue is real, neurological, and unpredictable, and provides families with concrete tools to organize life at home while taking this constraint into account, without exhausting either the person or the caregiver.
