Effective memory workshops: designing, facilitating, and evaluating according to cognitive profiles

This 5-hour training is aimed at professionals who lead or wish to create memory workshops in all types of establishments (medicalized residence, day care, home, SSIAD). It does not address the activities themselves, but rather the pedagogical engineering and professional posture: how to design a workshop with clear objectives, how to form suitable groups, how to lead while managing heterogeneous profiles, how to evaluate the impact and adjust the program over time. At the end of the training, each participant will be able to create a structured workshop program, defend it within a team, and measure its effects rigorously.
