About Course
This 4-hour training is aimed at managers and HR professionals who want to take action on mental health without replacing caregivers. It goes beyond the intentions of “we need to talk about it” to offer concrete skills: creating an environment where people feel free to speak, conducting sensitive interviews without awkwardness, and directing individuals to the right resources at the right time. You will learn to recognize situations that require a response, to say the right words, and to clearly understand the boundary between your role and that of the professionals.
