About Course
This 4-hour training is aimed at managers wishing to develop a truly inclusive managerial posture in the face of neurodiversity. It allows for a concrete understanding of what autistic, ADHD, DYS, or HPI employees experience at work, recognizing the signals that the manager sees without interpreting them correctly, and adapting their practices without infantilizing or overprotecting. The training addresses the reality of masking, concrete adjustments in daily interactions, managing tensions within the team, and building a sustainable support plan. Each module ends with practical scenarios to immediately anchor the learning. By the end, each manager will have an operational reading grid and tools that can be directly applied in their practice.
