This 2-hour training is aimed at families and close relatives of an elderly person suffering from sleep disorders. Frequent awakenings, sleepless nights, daytime drowsiness, nighttime agitation: sleep disorders in seniors are very common but rarely taken seriously. This training helps families understand why sleep changes with age, distinguish what is normal from what requires a consultation, and implement concrete strategies to improve nights without immediately resorting to sleeping pills.
