About Course
This 5-hour training is aimed at secondary school teachers and educational staff. It helps identify the diversity of so-called “invisible” disabilities — mental disorders, chronic illnesses, subtle neurodevelopmental disorders — that students may not show any outward signs of, but whose needs are real and often overlooked. The training equips professionals to recognize these situations, adapt their practices, and mobilize the appropriate institutional resources, without waiting for a formal diagnosis or stigmatizing the student. At the end of the training, each participant will be able to change their perspective on “difficult” or “disengaged” students to see them as individuals experiencing invisible suffering.
